I saw this article this morning too. Amazing! I only wish they had shown the dress that was mentioned. Off to dye warp for my Shaker rug!
The stenciling on the nightgown looks like embroidery!
If the dress won a competition in Sweden, it must be the one sponsored Vav magazine.
Perhaps we should get a subscription for our library?
Vav is my favorite! It’s $62/year for four issues. The lightbulb went off, and I checked my latest issue of to see if the dress was there. Turns out it’s actually in the latest issue of Handwoven. Cool dress, but it left me wishing they would have styled it a bit more realistically.
