It was found at:<\/p>\n<p>http:\/\/www.realsimple.com\/food-recipes\/browse-all-recipes\/parmesan-scallion-pastry-pinwheels-00000000044922\/<\/p>\n<p>Makes about 20, they say it serves 8<br \/>\nIngredients:<\/p>\n<p>* 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (from a 17.25-ounce box), thawed about 45 minutes<br \/>\n* 1 large egg, beaten<br \/>\n* 3 scallions, thinly sliced<br \/>\n* 1\/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan (1 1\u20442 ounces)<br \/>\n* kosher salt and black pepper<\/p>\n<p>Directions<\/p>\n<p>1. Heat oven to 400\u00b0 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.<br \/>\n2. Unfold the pastry and brush with the egg. Sprinkle with the scallions, \u00bc cup of the Parmesan, \u00bc teaspoon salt, and \u215b teaspoon pepper. Roll tightly into a log. Freeze until firm but still sliceable, about 20 minutes.<br \/>\n3. Slice the log into \u00bc-inch-thick rounds and place on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with the remaining 2 tablespoons of Parmesan and bake until golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
